DESCRIPTION:At our October meeting\, Probate Court Judge Irv Condon will present an encompassing look at Probate Court.  Judge Condon will discuss the history of the Probate Courts in South Carolina and the records of the probate court.  There will be also an overview of the functions of the probate court and the need for proper estate planning.
